How to Brew
Start with fresh, cold water Brew beans at 200 degrees Fahrenheit
Use 1 level tablespoon of ground coffee per 8oz of water Brewing
time is important -- for most coffee makers it takes 3 to 4 minutes
Remove grounds immediately Keep coffee equipment clean because coffee
oils can become rancid. Hot water and baking soda do a great job
If coffee becomes bitter, change to a coarse grind If coffee is
too weak, change to a finer grind
How to Store
Keep
oxygen out to prevent staleness Store in refrigerator or freezer
in an air-tight jar or bag Purchase what you'll need for a few days.
Coffee loses its flavor, strength and aroma within two weeks
